Symfonia is a company that has been supporting the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises for over 25 years by creating management systems (ERP). Symfonia optimises the management of enterprises in all regions and provinces and engages in social and educational activities.

Challenge


Symfonia, a leader in the production of software for business, has set itself a challenge – to combine charitable goals with the integration of the employee team. The decision to organize the auction via the auction platform was motivated by the desire to create a unique event that would not only engage employees in charity work, but also promote the sharing of passions.

Solution


The company decided to use the SilentClicks.com auction platform to create a charity event called “The Great Symphony of Hearts”. Employees had the opportunity to put up for auction a variety of products and services, such as Christmas decorations made by employees’ children, a yacht cruise, a stay in a guesthouse, sommelier trainings or unique paintings painted by the Symfonia team. This diversity of subjects reflected the richness of the employees’ interests while creating a unique experience for the participants. As a result, it was possible not only to support hospices and people in need, but also to create an atmosphere of solidarity among the employees of the Symfonia.

Business effect


The charity event not only met expectations in terms of support, but also generated great enthusiasm and commitment from employees. “The Great Symphony of Hearts” integrated the team and strengthened the sense of community.
