SESCOM S.A. is an international company providing comprehensive Facility Management services for retail chains - providing technical maintenance and optimization of chain outlets throughout their life cycle.

Challenge


Experience in the maintenance of network facilities has allowed SESCOM to leverage knowledge and best practices for many years, as well as to customize the solutions offered and propose tools that will support the provision of Facility Management services.

As part of its development strategy, SESCOM decided to enable customers to report and manage defects through not only an online platform, but also through a dedicated mobile app. INNOKREA was asked to carry out this task.

Solution


Our team of developers designed and then developed a mobile application for Sescom, which provides important support in the technical maintenance of network facilities. This provided a tool for the rapid transmission of requests for, among other things, technical faults and management of their efficient execution.

The app is available on Android and iOS devices. The app has a functional and intuitive interface and allows direct contact with Sescom – a phone call can be made from within the app without having to search for a contact person.

Business effect


The application has improved the process of communication and transfer of requests between SESCOM and its customers. Some of the effects and improvements include:

  • Ability to report a problem from within the app anywhere, anytime.
  • Full control over your own reports – mobile access to information 24/7, regardless of the user’s location.
  • Constant monitoring of the progress of ongoing work.
