Solution
Due to the failure to deliver a functional product, the client decided to terminate the contract with the previous supplier and decided to outsource the task to the INNOKREA team. Our company’s role consisted of several stages and included:
- An audit to see exactly what has been done and whether it can be completed within the specified time and budget
- Correcting all errors of the previous contractor.
- Integrating the solution with the client’s IT systems
- Close cooperation between our development team and the client’s team.
To this end, it was crucial that the service www.gemini.pl was properly handled and displayed by the iOS application, including the following actions were necessary:
- improving the UI/UX quality of the application,
- fixing the application’s mobility mechanism,
- improving the behavior of the application when the Internet connection is lost,
- preparation of several versions of the application for different test environments,
- preparation of the application for deployment in the AppStore (security form, graphics, promotional texts),
- improving the performance of the application,
- Improving the performance of the Application Analytics mechanism.

- Indication of solutions on the client’s side regarding changes to the website code – so that the entire system architecture could work optimally.
- Advising the client on marketplace solutions for the website.
- Comprehensive re-creation (1:1) in the iOS app of the entire functionality of the website – including, most importantly, buying functions such as sorting, adding to cart, payment and shipping.
