SESCOM S.A. has always followed technological innovations and internal improvements. For this reason, a decision was made to introduce a new tool for managing service requests.
Our team of programmers has prepared for SESCOM a mobile application, available for devices with Android and iOS systems. Thanks to that, in a few simple steps, a tool for quick forwarding of service requests (such as faults or technical problems) and their efficient posting to appropriate units was created.
Implementing the application created by us has significantly improved the communication and reporting process – it is faster and … simply simpler.
