INNOKREA at Greentech Festival 2025® – how we won the green heart of Berlin

Expansion and the search for new opportunities are part of our company’s DNA. We’re big fans of the German market and the whole German-speaking DACH region. Our technology projects have been around for years there, and they’re really paying off. So, we packed our bags and headed to the Greentech Festival 2025 in Berlin – one of the most important events dedicated to green technologies in Europe!

This time, we decided to get more involved and take part in the event as exhibitors at the trade fair. It’s a great chance to chat directly with foreign companies working in this sector. We can also listen to interesting debates and stay up to date with the latest trends and technological innovations.

And what was happening at this edition? Take a look for yourself:

✅ More than 7,000 participants, more than 300 opinion leaders and more than 100 partners – all for sustainability!

✅ Energy-saving technologies, patents for lower CO2 emissions and practical tips.

✅ Two days full of talks that really make you think!

We’re no strangers to green technologies, but we’d never been to the Greentech Festival before. It was definitely worth checking out! We know that green technologies are a hot topic, but the recent geopolitical turmoil and new regulations (like the famous Omnibus Directive*) have messed things up a bit and slowed down the pace of some EU priorities. One thing’s for sure: the path to sustainability is unstoppable, and this will be one of the biggest challenges in the coming years. That’s why the festival’s slogan, “Global Sustainability Under Construction” was spot on! It perfectly illustrates that sustainable development is a enormous building project, that requires people worldwide – working together hand in hand.

And what were we doing there? Of course, we proudly presented our “baby” – the B2B platform Silentclicks.com. This is our clever internal auction tool that helps companies give items a second life. In doing so, we support the idea of “recommerce,” a smarter and greener approach to what we own and use.

We live in a world flooded with data, where technology is everywhere. But let’s keep one super important thing in mind: sustainability is not a “later” add-on. We need to think about it right from the start – building infrastructure, creating new apps and solutions, and simply using technology every day. 💡 That’s the bottom line!
